- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
We will assist you in tracking your order, but we do not guarantee delivery timelines once the order has been handed over to the courier.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@glmora.com
- Provide your order number and clear photo/video proof (if applicable)
We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
International Shipping
