Refund policy
At GLMORA, due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy except in cases of damage or incorrect product delivery.
We do not accept general returns. You may request a replacement or refund only if the item received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report such issues.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase along with photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue
To Start a Return
To initiate a request, please contact us at hello@glmora.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear images or videos of the product

If your request is approved, we will provide further instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns under the following conditions:
- Products that are opened, used, or not in original packaging
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Personal care and hygiene products once delivered (unless defective)
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount.

Legal Compliance (India)
This policy is in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. As per these regulations, returns are not mandatory for hygiene products unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
